Gastronomy blog: Chili and Vanilla
She is the author of the very first, widely read and extensively popular gastronomy blog, Chili and Vanilla, as well as two bestselling cook-books. Since spring, she has been presenting a daily cooking programme entitled “Tasty Life” on Hungary’s most-watched commercial channel. She worked as a diplomat in Brussels
for five years and started her cooking diary in 2005. As her blog turned out to be a success, in 2009 she changed profession and became a full-time gastronomic writer and cooking specialist, one of the most colourful and active personalities of the trade. She acted as the editor-in-chief of a portal offering a guide to restaurants and has been the author of gastronomy columns in numerous magazines. In addition to living in Brussels, she also spent several years in Prague, Cologne and New York. She indulges in a multicultural
cuisine using a lot of different spices and, occasionally, a slight exotic note. During the event she will offer you a taste of her special spicy treats.
