International Session
For the first time this year a session of international focus will be held during the Symposium, within the framework of which T-Systems Hungary’s experts will present the regional competences of our company, among others our e-Health Competence Centre, the SAP Business One regional sales opportunities and our cloud capabilities.
Interview with line director Róbert Bukits (International relations)
How can the international session help achieve this objective?
T-Systems Hungary considers increasing its international involvement as a strategic goal. As a member of the Deutsche Telekom Group, we are capable of becoming reliable ICT supplying partners in a regional or even global context.
Organisation of the Symposium already has a tradition. In the past few years the conference has grown to become one of the largest professional events in ICT in Hungary. Thanks to our rapidly expanding international presence, in 2014 the conference will now comprise a dedicated international session.
An increasing number of Hungarian companies are present abroad. A unique opportunity is given for the expansion of our transformation partnership through the strengthening of our international presence, and account will be given of its outcomes and future in the thematic session.
Who might be interested in the session with an international focus?
Naturally, we are looking forward to receiving our foreign guests in our international session, as well as those of our customers and partners from the government and from the business sector who work in foreign economy. We consider it as an especially important task to contribute to the international appearance of Hungarian ICT innovation and to increase the export of the Hungarian ICT sector with the help of our expertise, business implementation capabilities, and not in the least, our extensive collaboration with small and medium-sized companies in Hungary.
Which topics would you like to highlight in the session programme?
Primarily, we want to address topics in which we have already achieved considerable international successes, and those with a potential for considerable market demand on the basis of the international trends. Within the Deutsche Telekom Group, the international healthcare competence centre is located in Budapest, and has been operative for about a year. We will give account of the experiences obtained so far and our future plans.
Priority is assigned to the concept of digital cities, cloud-based IT, and the presentation of Big Data through international case studies. As we have entered into a strategic partnership agreement with SAP AG, T-Systems Hungary is preparing the localised versions of SAP B1 for 11 Southeast European countries, and will build partnering networks. Further information will be delivered on this topic during the conference.
