The Symposium’s afternoon programme will include 8 thematic breakout sessions where the experts of T-Systems Hungary and it’s partner companies will deliver theme-based presentations. Each thematic breakout session will focus on solutions that determine the competitiveness and operational efficiency of a company. During the sessions the key technological trends of the present and future will also be showcased.

Innovation Session

Innovation is the key to future. Our rapidly changing world provides challenges and offers opportunities at the same time. The needs and demands of consumers are changing; the competition and technologies are changing; the regulatory environment is changing; market is dynamically growing and getting global. An innovative ecosystem is forming with new trends. The question about innovation is not whether it is necessary; the question is how we have to do it in the constantly changing environment where sectors are facing new challenges all the times. Successful innovation means the perfect realization of possibilities, efficient management of risks and the connection with financial performance is getting closer and more intensive.

It is an accepted fact today that innovation is a key to economic growth and it brings major social benefits, therefore, responsible entities build on it in drawing up their strategies. Those companies will be prosperous in the forthcoming 5-10 years that can integrate innovation into their basic operation. They need to work with the natural fear that their competitors may enter the market any time with a revolutionary new solution that fundamentally changes the competition environment. It means that strive on changing and adapting is a basic precondition of sustainable growth.
Our presentations in innovation section cover issues like “organizational culture” that strongly support the individuals in promoting their creativeness and realizing their ideas. Only “product” innovation is the goal, or it includes the innovation and modernization of related processes and organizational operations? What are the models of cooperation of market stakeholders in research and development? How is it possible to prevent that the Company has bigger and bigger profits every year, then all of a sudden it collapses? The basis of pro-active governance is the good skill of making prognosis. We need to make our decisions on the basis of the probable events of future instead of responding retrospectively.
Goal of the presentations in this section is to scrutinize innovation as a social and – at the same time – as a corporate basic value.
